\n PLEASE NOTE:<\/strong> You will be required to take a minimum of the first 3 consecutive treatments (consecutive treatments are within 45 to 60 days of each application). If you choose to cancel service prior to the third treatment, you will be billed for all 3 treatments.<\/strong>\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

No Contracts, No Cancellation Fees<\/h3>\n

\n At LawnSpark, there\u2019s no contract and no cancellation fees. We don\u2019t believe in locking people in\u2014we\u2019d rather earn your business through great service and real results. Many of our customers have stayed with us for over 15 years because we do what we say and make it a great experience.\n <\/p>\n\n

Minimum Treatment Policy<\/h3>\n

\n Please note:<\/strong> While we are not a contract company, we do require a minimum of the first three (3) consecutive full treatments, spaced 30\u201345 days apart.\n <\/p>\n

\n Weed control takes time, and results are not typically seen after just one visit. Our treatment schedule is designed to target weeds at the most effective times of the year. Skipping or delaying treatments can reduce effectiveness and impact your lawn\u2019s health.\n <\/p>\n

\n Treatments occur every 4\u20136 weeks. If the second or third treatment is skipped and not rescheduled before the next visit, it will still be charged as part of the required sequence.\n <\/p>\n\n

Lawn Results Disclaimer<\/h3>\n

\n Lawn results vary depending on the lawn condition, soil health, and weed levels. Some lawns may fully recover in 2\u20133 months, while others, especially those heavily infested with weeds, may take 1\u20132 years to fully recover and fill in with grass. We do our part, but clients must follow watering and mowing instructions to ensure treatment effectiveness. Signing up later in the year may also slightly delay results, as treatments are most effective before weeds start to emerge. For faster results, we highly encourage a Soil Test<\/strong>, which can help tailor treatments to your lawn\u2019s specific needs. Please note, every lawn\u2019s timeline and outcome can vary.\n <\/p>\n\n

Scheduling Policy<\/h3>\n

\n We understand that every property cannot be accessible every time we are there. If we show up to perform our regular treatment and you need to reschedule your property from our regular route, we can only move you up to 3 business days. If the property cannot be accessed by then we will skip you for the round.\n <\/p>\n\n

Mowing Guidelines<\/h3>\n

\n If we arrive and your grass is over 12 inches tall, an additional fee will be added to your initial cut due to the extra time and equipment strain required. If you choose to skip a scheduled weekly mowing, you will be charged the biweekly rate on your next service, as the lawn will require more time and effort to maintain. Regular mowing service does not include bagging; however, bagging can be done upon request for an additional fee. In cases of excessive rain where we are unable to service your lawn during the scheduled week, we will resume on the next available date and charge the biweekly rate due to increased grass height and labor.\n <\/p>\n\n

Requesting a Re-Service or Service Call<\/h3>\n

\n Service Calls are only available for customers on our Weed & Fertilization Premium 8x Program<\/strong> and start after the 3rd treatment each year. Even long-time customers need to reach that 3-treatment point before requesting one. These calls help us spot-treat small lawn areas to keep things looking great.\n <\/p>\n

\n Lawns can be unpredictable, and even with regular treatments, weeds might still pop up. The first three visits are designed to handle most of them, and if any stick around, we\u2019re happy to come check it out after that third treatment.\n <\/p>\n\n

Automatic Renewal<\/h3>\n

\n All services added to your account are subject to automatic annual renewal. Each service will be renewed and completed annually unless you contact us directly to cancel or remove it from your account. If no cancellation request is received, services will continue to renew automatically each year.\n <\/p>\n\n

Payment Policy<\/h3>\n

\n At LawnSpark, all services are due once completed. Our system will charge the card on file the next day. If the card declines, a 15% decline fee will be added<\/strong>\u2014this is what our billing company charges us for failed payments. You\u2019ll get reminders if a payment is missed, but after 60 days with no payment, the account will be sent to collections. However, we\u2019re a completely understanding company\u2014if you haven\u2019t been paid yet or are short on funds, just text or call us to make a payment arrangement. We\u2019re happy to work with you!\n <\/p>\n\n

Credit Card on File<\/h3>\n

\n While auto-pay is encouraged, it\u2019s not required. However, we do require a debit\/credit card on file to protect against unpaid bills\u2014which, unfortunately, happens more than you\u2019d think. If you\u2019re not on auto-pay and pay within 30 days, your card won\u2019t be charged. The only time we run the card is if the account is 30+ days past due or if you ask us to.\n <\/p>\n\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
